对称式发盖和尾门内板总成柔性焊接岛,创造性的将两车型的发盖和尾门拼台夹具分列在机器人两侧,机器人在一侧焊接,对侧同时进行人工装件,达到单位节拍内完成两个车型的发盖和尾门内板总成的生产目标,该布局可柔性生产不同车型的发盖和尾门内板总成。
