水泥混凝土路面维修技术及其在公路养护中的应用研究

Research on Cement Concrete Pavement Maintenance Technology and its Application in Highway Maintenance

水泥混凝土路面具有强度高、刚度大、耐久性强、稳定性好使用寿命长等优点,可随着公路交通教量及运输荷载的不断提高,在使用中逐渐出现诸如裂缝、脚板、接缝损坏等病害,给公路养护带来了新的挑战。文章通过研究水泥混凝土路面养护维修技术,分析水泥混凝土路面受损原因,总结了裂缝处理技术以及错台维修技术等在水泥混凝土路面养护维修中的应用,可以延长水泥混凝土路面使用寿命,满足水泥混凝土路面稳定性要求。

Cement concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength,high rigidity,strong durability,good stability and long service life,which can gradually appear in use with the continuous improvement of highway traffic education and transportation load,such as cracks,foot plates,joint damage and other diseases,which brings new challenges to highway maintenance.By studying the maintenance and repair technology of cement concrete pavement,this paper analyzes the causes of damage to cement concrete pavement,and summarizes the application of crack treatment technology and staggered maintenance technology in the maintenance and repair of cement concrete pavement,which can extend the service life of cement concrete pavement and meet the stability requirements of cement concrete pavement.
