摘要 在信息化、智能化高速发展的时代,各大3C产线充分利用智能制造和自动控制技术,使企业产品高速、优质产出。特别是在自动化生产线中,调速系统的稳定性和效率决定了一个企业的生产效率和能否提供优质服务的一项重要保障。本设计是关于设计一套直流大功率调速系统用于旧流水线系统的升级改造。通过设计两个部分来保障生产效能的提高:一部分是大功率直流开关电源,另一部分是自动控制器,最终成功改造给工厂提高50%生产效率,大幅度提高了公司的综合竞争实力。 In the era of rapid development of informatization and intelligence,major 3C production lines make full use of intelligent manufacturing and automatic control technology to make high-speed and high-quality output of enterprise products.Especially in the automated production line,the stability and efficiency of the speed regulation system determine the production efficiency of an enterprise and whether it can provide high-quality service an important guarantee.This design is about designing a set of DC high-power speed regulation system for the upgrading of the old assembly line system.Through the design of two parts to ensure the improvement of production efficiency:one part is high-power DC switching power supply,the other part is automatic controller,and finally successfully transformed to the factory to improve production efficiency by 50%,greatly improving the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
