Examination of Problems and Rational Construction of First-class Discipline Construction in the New Era

学科是高校的基本元素,学科建设中是否尊重知识限度、关联个体和社会价值反思,是教育能否走向“知识自为”的关键,也是高校学科建设的根本价值遵循。第二轮“双一流”建设为高校学科建设带来新的发展契机,以一流学科为基础建设世界一流大学成为新时代提升我国高等教育质量和综合实力的重要战略举措。为推动我国高校一流学科建设工作的有序进行,实现高等教育的内涵式发展,亟须澄清学科建设与专业建设等之间的概念关系,认清和反思学科建设在发展模式、人才培养的市场需求以及学科文化培育中的困境逻辑。以问题导向及时采取举措推动多学科主体共生同构格局的构建,办学理念向需要型人才转变培养,以及不断增强对学科文化的培育研究,进而实现我国高校一流学科的理性建构。

Discipline is the basic element of a university,and whether to respect the limit of knowledge,the reflection of related individuals and social values in the construction of disciplines is the key to education to“self-directed knowl-edge”,and it is also the fundamental value of discipline construction in colleges and universities.Under the background of the new era,the second round of“Double First-class”construction has brought new development opportunities for the disci-pline construction of colleges and universities,and building world-class universities based on first-class disciplines has be-come an important strategic measure to improve the quality and comprehensive strength of China’s higher education in the new era.Therefore,in order to promote the orderly progress of the construction of first-class disciplines in Chinese universi-ties and realize the connotative development of higher education,it is urgent to clarify the conceptual relationship between discipline construction and professional construction,and recognize and reflect on the dilemma logic of discipline construc-tion in the development model,the market demand for talent training and the cultivation of discipline culture.Problem-ori-ented and timely measures are taken to promote the construction of the symbiotic isomorphic pattern of multidisciplinary sub-jects,the transformation and cultivation of school-running concepts to need-oriented talents,and the continuous enhance-ment of the cultivation and research of discipline culture,so as to realize the rational construction of first-class disciplines in Chinese universities.
