高堆方下的土方平衡优化设计策略研究 被引量:1

Optimization Design Strategy for Earthwork Balance under High Embankment

摘要 土方工程处理的成功与否直接影响到土地利用率、场地空间、建筑形态、环境质量、施工效率等多个方面,特别是对实施项目的碳排放和建造成本的控制尤为重要.以存在大量堆土的某大学科技园建设项目场地为例,通过场地竖向设计实现了场地内土方的平衡优化,利用南方CASS软件计算了土方的工程量,并采用MATLAB数值模拟方法计算了土方的最优调运方案.结果表明,场地土方平衡设计优化策略解决了场地内高堆方土问题,最大限度实现了土方平衡,减少了建设成本5 812万元,降低了碳排放74%,取得了良好的社会、经济、环境效益.该场地土方平衡设计优化策略既丰富了场地空间,形成了地形微景观,又对工程土方处置具有一定的借鉴和指导意义. The success or failure of earthwork engineering directly affects multiple aspects such as land utilization,site space,architectural form,environmental quality,and construction efficiency.It is particularly important for the implementation of projects to control carbon emissions and construction costs.Taking the construction site of a technology park at a certain university with a large amount of earthwork as an example,the vertical design of the site was used to achieve optimized balance of the earthwork within the site.The engineering quantity of the earthwork was calculated using the southern CASS software,and the optimal transportation plan for the earthwork was calculated using the MATLAB numerical simulation method.The results showed that the optimized design strategy for earthwork balance effectively addressed the issue of high embankments within the site,maximized earthwork balance,reduced construction costs by 58.12 million yuan,and reduced carbon emissions by 74%,achieving significant social,economic,and environmental benefits.This optimized design strategy for earthwork balance not only enriched the site space and created a micro-landscape,but also provides valuable reference and guidance for the disposal of engineering earthwork.
