ChatGPT在高等教育应用中的风险审视与应对策略 被引量:2

摘要 ChatGPT在高等教育应用中呈现出智能化、个性化、定制化等现实特征,展现出卓越性能与巨大应用潜力,备受高校师生青睐。但ChatGPT仍存在些许缺陷,其横空出世为高等教育带来颠覆教育教学范式、消弭高校师生能力培养自主性、引发科技伦理问题、诱发意识形态问题等诸多显性与隐性风险,致使部分专家学者对ChatGPT应用于高等教育持隐忧态度。怎样引导高校师生以“向上向善”的姿态合理运用ChatGPT等新技术进而推动高等教育高质量发展成为高校亟待深入研究的时代之问。高校可从提升师生人工智能素养、增强师生思想政治定力、激发师生科技伦理主动三方面着手予以应对,引导师生群体以动态开放的、葆有思维理性的姿态审慎拥抱ChatGPT。 ChatGPT is intelligent,personalized and customized in the application of higher education,showing excellent performance and great application potentials and beinghighly favored by teachers and students at colleges and universities.However,ChatGPT still has some defects and limitations.Its emergence has brought about dozens of obvious and hidden risks to higher education,mainly involving the risk of subverting the teaching paradigm,eliminating the autonomy of the ability cultivation of teachers and students in higher education,triggering the risk of scientific and technological ethics,and ideological problems,owing to which some experts and scholars began to hold a worrying attitude towards the application of ChatGPT in higher education.It has grown to be a question of the era thatneedsprofound studies how college teachers and students can be guided to use ChatGPT and other new technologies reasonably and wisely with an attitude of “pursuing progress and goodness” to promote the high-quality development of higher education.Colleges and universities can tackle this problem by improving the artificial intelligence literacy of teachers and students,enhancing their ideological and political determination,and stimulating their scientific and technological ethical initiative.These will enable the college community of students and teachers to embrace ChatGPT in anopen,dynamic and rational manner.
