摘要
隐私是人机交互领域一个重要的话题。社交机器人使用过程中将收集用户的敏感数据,然而用户在隐私态度和隐私行为上存在悖论。一方面用户关注个人的隐私保护,另一方面用户为了个性化的服务愿意分享其隐私信息,在隐私收益面前忽视隐私感知的风险,由此产生了隐私悖论。造成这一悖论的原因在于用户隐私的理性计算、用户隐私的认知偏差和用户无隐私风险的评估。我们应从隐私设计、隐私增强和隐私制度三个层面消解这一悖论:在隐私设计中要坚持“以人为本”的原则;在隐私增强上要提升用户的隐私保护意识;在隐私制度上明确隐私信任的边界,以期开发负责任、安全、可信的社交机器人。
Privacy is an important topic in the field of human-robot interaction(HRI).The sensitive data of users will be collected during the use of social robots,but there is a paradox in users' privacy attitudes and privacybehavior.On the one hand,users pay attention to personal privacy;on the other hand,they are willing to share their privacy information for personalized service,and they ignore the risk of privacy perception in the face of privacy benefits,thus causing privacy paradox.The reasons for the paradox lie in rational calculation of user privacy,cognitive deviation of user privacy and evaluation of user's privacy risk.This paradox can be resolved from the three levels of privacy design,privacy enhancement and privacy system.First,we should adhere to the principle of “people-orientation” in privacy design;second,we should enhance users' awareness of privacy protection inprivacy enhancement;third,we should define the boundaries of privacy trust in the privacy system.Thus,we can develop responsible,safe and credible socialrobots.
