随着我国经济不断发展,企业面临的竞争也越来越激烈。加强财务人才培养和队伍建设,是实现财务工作质量稳步提高的重要保证,也是财务共享模式下对财务管理提出的新要求。基于此,介绍了财务共享模式,阐述了财务共享模式下加强财务人才培养和队伍建设的意义,针对财务共享模式下财务人才培养和队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了优化措施。

With the continuous development of China's economy,the competition faced by enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Strengthening financial talents fostering and financial team building is an important guarantee for the steadily improving the quality of financial work,and it is also a new requirement for financial management under the financial sharing model.Based on this,this paper introduces the financial shared services model,elaborates on the significance of strengthening financial talent fostering and financial team building under the financial shared services model,addresses the problems existing in financial talent fostering and financial team building,and proposes some optimization measures.
