摘要 通过分析分布式光伏电源的发展条件、出力特征和配电网负荷特性,研究了分布式光伏电源出力与配电网负荷的相关关系。构建了分布式光伏可接入容量“347”评估体系对七类分布式光伏接入典型场景开展负荷调研,利用安全可靠性、电能质量、运行经济性三个维度指标量化评估模型分别对台区、线路、变电站、区域电网开展分布式电源接入容量评估。 By analyzing the development conditions,output characteristics and load characteristics of the distributed photovoltaic power supply and the load characteristics of the distribution network,this paper studies the correlation between the output of the distributed photovoltaic power supply and the load of the distribution network.Then a"347"system for evaluating accessible capacity of the distributed photovoltaic is constructed and applied to the load investigation on seven typical cases of distributed photovoltaic access.Based on the quantitative model of safety reliability,power quality and operation economy,the accessible capacity evaluation of distributed power is performed with respect to stations,lines,substations and regional power grids.
