摘要
针对汽车电子助力制动系统在刹车过程中助力电机快速、准确的位置响应需要,提出了一种基于专家PI控制器的弱磁调速技术。在考虑速度误差与速度误差变化率的基础上,设计了一个专家PI控制器,根据制定的控制规则在转速响应的不同阶段改变速度环PI控制器的参数,结合前馈弱磁控制策略,对助力电机进行速度和位置跟踪控制。通过实验验证了所提出的方法有位置响应速度快、转速调节范围宽的优点。
Aiming at the need of rapid and accurate position response of the booster motor in the automobile electronic booster brake system during the braking process,a technique of flux weakening speed regulation based on expert PI controller is proposed.The entailed expert PI controller is designed on the basis of taking into account the speed error and speed error change rate.According to the established control rules,the parameters of the speed loop PI controller are changed at different stages of speed response.And combined with the flux weakening control strategy,the tracking and control of the speed and position of booster motor is realized.Experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of fast position response and wide speed adjustment range.
