During the overhaul of the ring network unit of the radial cable network,the lack of alternative power supply on the opposite side causes power supply disruption for all users of the radial cable network until the incoming cable is replaced,therefore seriously affecting the reliability of power supply and the satisfaction of users.In consideration of this problem,a power-supply-disruption-free method of overhauling ring unit of radial cable network is proposed to minimize the detriment to users in case of power failure.The implementation process and applicative advantages of this method are mainly introduced.
