摘要 介绍了CAN总线的主要性能特点以及在PCS中的应用,针对PCS设备在户外等强静电和浪涌干扰场景下对CAN总线通信质量和防护的要求,基于PCS设备的特点,阐述了防护电路的设计思路和原理,并对防护电路在使用过程中存在的问题做出了优化,找到了最优的硬件设计方法,提升了PCS中CAN总线的可靠性和防护能力,提高了设备的安全性。 This article firstly introduces the main performance characteristics of CAN bus and its application in PCS.Then,in consideration of the requirements of strong electrostatic and surge interferential circumstance(e.g.,outdoors)for communication quality and protection of PCS′s CAN bus,and on the basis of characteristics of PCS equipment,the design ideas and principles of protective circuits are elaborated.Moreover,specifically directed optimization is made against the problems in the use of protective circuits,and the optimal hardware design method is determined.The results of this work may help to improve reliability and enhance protection of CAN bus in PCS,and to ensure the safety of PCS.
