摘要 低碳背景下,考虑主动配电网预防控制能力对主动配电网的稳定运行具有重要意义。基于风险理论,构建了考虑雷击概率和负荷综合需求响应的低碳型主动配电网预防控制优化模型。首先,基于主动配电网线路雷击故障概率模型,提出一种计及主动配电网支路过载和节点电压越限的综合风险指标,建立主动配电网综合风险约束预防控制模型。其次,构建负荷侧综合需求响应特性模型,引导负荷侧可调度资源参与主动配电网预防控制协调优化,改善传统方式仅依靠可控机制调节的情况。最后,引入阶梯型碳交易机制,构建具有低碳特性的主动配电网预防控制优化模型,深入探索主动配电网预防控制在经济性和低碳性之间的协调能力。采用CPLEX对主动配电网预防控制优化模型求解,验证了所提模型及方法的有效性和可行性。 In the low-carbon context,it is important to consider the preventive control capability of ADN for the stable operation of ADN.Based on the risk theory,the paper constructs a low-carbon ADN preventive control optimization model considering lightning strike probability and integrated load demand response.First,based on the ADN line lightning fault probability model,a comprehensive risk indicator that takes into account the ADN branch overload and node voltage crossing limits is proposed,and an ADN comprehensive risk constraint preventive control model is established.Secondly,a comprehensive load-side demand response characteristic model is constructed to guide the load-side dispatchable resources to participate in the coordinated optimization of ADN preventive control and improve the situation where the traditional approach only relies on controllable mechanisms for regulation.Finally,a stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced to build an ADN preventive control optimization model with low-carbon characteristics,and the coordination ability of ADN preventive control between economy and low-carbon is explored in depth.CPLEX is used to solve the ADN preventive control optimization model,and the validity and feasibility of the proposed model and method are verified.
