摘要 厂用电率是电厂主要技术经济指标之一,厂用电量包括电力生产过程中电动机、照明设备、采暖通风系统以及其他控制、保护装置等所耗用的电能,其中通风空调系统正常运行中需要消耗大量的能源,在电厂厂用电能耗中占比较高。因此,在参照核电厂各厂房暖通系统设计说明的基础上,通过分析各厂房通风系统当前的运行方式,评估各通风系统节能运行的可行性,优化运行方式,以达到节约厂用电、降本增效的目的。 Plant electricity consumption rate is one of the main technical and economic indicators of power plants.Plant electricity consumption includes electric energy consumed by motors,lighting apparatus,heating and ventilation equipment,and other control and protection devices in the process of power production,among which the normal operation of ventilation and air conditioning system requires a large amount of energy,accounting for a relatively high proportion in the total power plant electricity consumption.Therefore,on the basis of referring to the design description of the HVAC system of each sub-plant in nuclear power station,this paper analyzes the current operation mode of the ventilation system of each sub-plant,evaluates the feasibility of energy-saving operation of each ventilation system,and optimizes the operation mode,so as to save plant electricity consumption,reduce costs and increase efficiency.
