锰基新材料的技术特性与产业应用

摘要 基于新能源材料可持续发展需要,锰基正极材料以高电压、安全、原料供应丰富以及成本低廉等突出优势受到行业关注与重视。目前,锰基新能源材料产业应用正处上升阶段,本文从锰基新能源材料的技术特性、产业应用前景以及上下游结构进行梳理。基于行业现状,重点介绍磷酸锰铁锂、镍锰酸锂、富锂锰基材料、钠离子电池正极材料等新型锰基材料基本情况。 Based on the sustainable development needs of new energy materials,manganese-based cathode materials have attracted the attention of the industry due to their outstanding advantages such as high voltage,safety,abundant raw material supply and low cost.At present,the industrial application of manganese-based new energy materials is in the rising stage.This paper combed the technical characteristics,industrial application prospects and upstream and downstream structures of manganese-based new energy materials.Based on the current situation of the industry,it focused on the basic situation of new manganese-based materials such as lithium manganese iron phosphate,lithium nickel manganese oxide,lithium-rich manganese-based materials,and sodium ion battery cathode materials.
