摘要
为探讨无机复合肥料中添加聚谷氨酸对农作物生长及产量的影响,以油麦菜为试验对象,开展了盆栽试验。试验共设6个处理,以不添加聚谷氨酸的处理为对照(CK),聚谷氨酸添加量分别设置为无机复合肥料质量的0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%,测定了油麦菜的株高、叶片数、叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)和产量指标。结果表明:无机复合肥料中添加聚谷氨酸对油麦菜的上述指标均有不同程度的促进作用;综合各项指标和成本,在油麦菜生产中,无机复合肥料中添加0.4%聚谷氨酸的效果较理想。
To investigate the effect of polyglutamic acid added to inorganic compound fertilizer on crop growth and yield,a pot experiment is conducted with Lactuca sativa var.longifoliaf Lam.as the test object.The plant height,leaf number,leaf chlorophyll relative content(SPAD value)and yield of Lactuca sativa var.longifoliaf Lam.are measured in six treatments,with the treatment without polyglutamic acid as the control(CK),and the addition of polyglutamic acid is set at 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%and 1.0%of the mass of inorganic compound fertilizer,respectively.The results show that the addition of polyglutamic acid to inorganic compound fertilizer promoted the above indexes of Lactuca sativa var.longifoliaf Lam.to different degrees.The combined indexes and costs showed that the addition of 0.4%polyglutamic acid to inorganic compound fertilizer is more effective in Lactuca sativa var.longifoliaf Lam.production.
