安徽某高硫富含金银硫化铅锌矿选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of a High Sulfur Lead⁃Zinc Sulfide Ore Rich in Gold and Silver in Anhui Province

摘要 针对某高硫富含金银硫化铅锌矿铅锌硫共伴生关系紧密、铅矿物及锌矿物为中细粒嵌布、含硫高的特点,采用优先浮铅-铅尾矿活化浮锌-锌尾矿回收硫的选矿工艺流程,选铅作业选用自主研发的硫化铅矿物选择性捕收剂HP-1作为捕收剂。全流程闭路试验结果与生产现场指标相比,铅精矿中铅、金、银回收率分别提高了5.33%、4.76%、4.64%,铅精矿、锌精矿及硫精矿中金银的综合回收率分别提高了6.25%、5.96%。 In view of the characters of a high sulfur rich lead⁃zinc sulfide ore gold⁃silver which the associated relationship of lead⁃zinc⁃sulfur sulfide is close,lead and zinc minerals in the ore are fine grained disseminated,the content of sulfur is high,the flotation process flow of preferentially floating lead⁃lead tailings to activate floating zinc⁃zinc tailings to recover sulfur was adopted and an independent research and development of lead sulfide mineral selective collector HP-1 as a collector.Compared with the production site indexes,the lead concentrate of the whole process closed⁃circuit test which the recovery of lead,gold and silver are increased by 5.33 percent points,4.76 percent points and 4.64 percent points respectively,comprehensive recovery of gold and silver which exist among lead concentrate and zinc concentrate and sulfur concentrate are increased by 6.25 percent points and increased by 5.96 percent points respectively.
