摘要
文章研究了粗碲粉制取二氧化碲工艺,考察了除杂工艺对二氧化碲品质的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:净化工序控制硫氢化钠加入量2 g/L、反应温度80~90℃、反应时间3 h;中和工序将净化液加硫酸调pH至6.5,控制亚硫酸钠加入量与杂质硒质量比8∶1,反应温度85℃,反应时间50~60 min。经硫氢化钠除铜、亚硫酸钠脱硒后,产出的二氧化碲品位高,杂质铜含量≤0.05%,硒含量≤0.1%,铅≤0.1%,为后续碲精炼生产简化工艺、缩短流程提供技术支持。
In this papper,the technology of prepare tellurium dioxide from coarse tellurium powder was studied,and the effects of impurity removal process on the quality of tellurium dioxide was investigated.The optimum process conditions were determined as follows:the addition amount of NaHS was 2 g/L,reaction temperature was(80~90)℃and reaction time was 3 h in the purification process.In the neutralization process,the pH of the purified solution was 6.5,the mass ratio of Na2SO3 to impurity selenium was 8∶1,reaction temperature was 85℃,and reaction time was 50~60 min.The results indicated that after removing copper by NaHS and removing selenium by Na2SO3,the tellurium dioxide has high gread which copper content is less than 0.05%,selenium content is less than 0.1%,lead content is less than 0.1%.It provided technical support for simplify and shorten the following tellurium refining process.
