摘要
基于超声电机电气绝缘特性设计,识别出影响电机绝缘特性的主要因素为摩擦材料,分析摩擦材料的导电机理,在此基础上提出控制策略,并制备摩擦材料,装配电机验证了控制策略的有效性,为工程应用提供借鉴。
Based on electrical insulation characteristics of ultrasonic motors,the friction material is identified as the main factor affecting the insulation characteristics of the motor.Analyzing the conductive mechanism of friction materials,on this basis,the control strategy was proposed and the friction material was prepared.The motors assembly verifies the effectiveness of the control strategy and provides reference for engineering applications.
