术中超声在胆总管结石治疗中的应用研究进展

Application of intraoperative ultrasound in the treatment of common bile duct stones

术中超声(IOUS)指在术中用高频超声探头在器官表面探查的一种检查方法,具有快速、灵活、安全等特点,并且可以实时指导或辅助各种手术过程。20多年来,IOUS检查一直被认为是腹部手术的重要诊断工具,但目前IOUS技术还尚未广泛应用于胆总管结石的治疗当中。文章收集了近年来有关IOUS在胆总管结石治疗中的相关文献,分别对IOUS技术发展现况、在胆总管中的应用、术中腹腔镜超声及与其他工具的联合进行综述。

Intraoperative ultrasonography(Intraoperative ultrasonography,IOUS)refers toan inspection methodthat uses highfrequency ultrasound probe to explorethe surface of the organ.It is fast,flexible,safe,etc.,and can guide or assist various surgical procedures in real time.For more than 20 years,IOUS examination has been considered an important diagnostic tool in abdominal surgery.However,IOUS technology has not yet been widely used in the treatment of common bile duct stones.In this article,we have collected recent literature on IOUS in the treatment of common bile duct stones in recent yearsand reviewed the current development status of IOUS technology,its application in the common bile duct,intraoperative laparoscopic ultrasound,its combination with other tools.
