数字乡村建设赋能乡村振兴的运行机制与推进路径——以东阳市为例

Research on the Operational Mechanism and Promotion Path of Empowering Rural Revitalization Through Digital Rural Construction——Taking Dongyang City as an Example

目前,我国社会主要矛盾已经发生转变,我国城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分的问题依然突出。在乡村振兴背景下,数字乡村建设赋能乡村振兴,既是推动农业农村现代化发展的动力源泉,又是带动乡村产业发展、乡村建设和乡村治理的关键^([1])。文章从3个维度构建了数字乡村赋能乡村振兴的基础研究框架,以东阳市为实践样本,分析其运行机制,并从支持体系、内生基础、主体赋能、持续发展等4个层面提出了具有普适性的建设路径,旨在为数字乡村赋能乡村振兴提供参考。

At present,the principal contradictions in China's society have altered,and the issues of imbalanced urban-rural development and inadequate rural development are still pronounced.In the context of rural revitalization,digital rural construction empowers rural revitalization,which is not only the driving force behind the modernization of agriculture and rural development,but also the key to driving the development of rural industries,rural construction,and rural governance.To this end,the article constructs a research framework from three dimensions to explore Dongyang Citys operating mechanism and proposes universal construction paths from four aspects:support system,endogenous foundation,subject empowerment,and sustainable development,aiming to provide reference for digital rural empowering rural revitalization.
