摘要
学科建设在高校发展中具有整体性、战略性和基础性地位,高校学科建设水平是影响高校核心竞争力的重要因素。文章在阐述“双一流”建设总体方案对学科竞争力的促进作用以及“双一流”建设背景下的学科竞争力评价实施内容的基础上,对比分析了青海大学、青海师范大学、青海民族大学这三所高校的学科布局和优势特色,并从差异化发展、调整学科布局、明确学科方向、汇聚学科梯队、规范学科组织制度、完善学科运行机制等方面提出了进一步提升青海高校学科竞争力的具体路径。
Discipline construction plays a holistic,strategic,and fundamental role in the development of universities,and is key to the core competitiveness of universities.On the basis of elaborating on the promoting effect of the overall plan for the construction of“Double First-Class”on disciplinary competitiveness as well as the evaluation methods of disciplinary competitiveness,the article compares the disciplinary layout and advantages and characteristics of Qinghai University,Qinghai Normal University,and Qinghai University for Nationalities.Acoording to the analysis,specific paths have been proposed in terms of focusing on differentiated development,adjusting disciplinary layout,refining disciplinary direction,gathering disciplinary echelons,standardizing disciplinary organizational systems and perfecting disciplinary operation mechanism.
