全国党建“双创”培育立项特征及其对高校党建工作的启示研究

Study on the characteristics of"double innovation"project approval over national cpc building cultivation and their inspirations for the cpc building in colleges and universities

本研究以教育部官网公布的三批全国党建“双创”培育立项单位名单为数据来源,在对数据进行属性判别的基础上,采用EXCEL和SPSSAU对数据进行统计描述和基尼系数分析,探究出全国党建“双创”培育立项特征为:坚持典型引领、注重统筹兼顾、紧跟重点任务和引领事业发展,进而对高校提出注重发挥典型引领示范作用、统筹推进党建“双创”立项培育、落实落细党建工作重点任务和着力推进党建工作“一融双高”的建议。

Data from three batches of"double innovation"project approval over national Communist Party of China(CPC)building cultivation were published on the official website of the Ministry of Education.On the basis of the attribute discrimination of data,this paper uses EXCEL and SPSSAU for statistical description and Gini coefficient analysis of the data.It is explored that the characteristics of"double innovation"project approval over national CPC building cultivation lie in adhering to typical guidance,paying attention to overall coordination,timely implementing significant tasks and leading the development of the course.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions for colleges and universities as following:underscore the importance of playing a typically guiding and exemplary role,make a coordinate efforts for"double innovation"project approval over national CPC building cultivation,cautiously implement the priorities of CPC building and focus on promoting the"one integration and two heights"of CPC building.
