某市糖尿病患者医疗费用影响因素及控费策略分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Cost Control Strategies for Medical Expenses of Diabetes Patients in a City

目的从年龄、医疗费用项目、参保类型等方面对某市大型综合医院糖尿病医疗费用进行描述性分析。方法收集某市6家综合医院2019年1月至2019年12月,糖尿病门诊和住院患者病案相关信息。结果2019年某市6家综合医院的糖尿病患者,其门诊医疗总费用占总费用的13.33%,住院医疗总费用占总费用的86.67%;人均次医疗费用为8428.53元;55~75岁人群糖尿病医疗费用花费最大;在糖尿病的各项医疗费用之中,所占的比例最高的是药品费,其次是其他费用,第三是化验费。结论某市综合医院糖尿病患者55~75岁属于糖尿病重点人群;患者个人经济负担主要来自于药品费;未参保人群的经济负担较高。

Objective:A descriptive analysis was made on the diabetes medical expenses of a large comprehensive hospital in a certain city from the aspects of age,medical expenses items,types of insurance,etc..Method:The information about the medical records of diabetes outpatients and inpatients in six comprehensive hospitals in a city from January 2019 to December 2019 was collected.Result:In 2019,the total outpatient medical expenses of diabetes patients in six comprehensive hospitals in a city accounted for 13.33%of the total expenses,and the total inpatient medical expenses accounted for 86.67%of the total expenses;The per capita medical expenses are 8,428.53 yuan;The medical expenses of 55-75 year old people with diabetes are the largest;Among the medical expenses for diabetes,the highest proportion is drug expenses,followed by other expenses,and the third is laboratory expenses.Conclusion:Diabetes patients aged 55-75 years in a comprehensive hospital of a city belong to the key population of diabetes;The personal economic burden of patients mainly comes from drug expenses;The economic burden on uninsured individuals is relatively high.
