服务学习视角下高校附属医院志愿服务模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Volunteer Service Model in Affiliated Hospitals of Universities from the Perspective of Service Learning

“服务学习”强调服务与学习并重,从中得以反思,进而形成互惠,这为医院志愿服务的发展提供了新的思路。笔者以“倾听心灵,落笔生情”临床叙事志愿服务项目为例,介绍了在服务学习理念指导下医院志愿服务模式创新的探索与实践经验,并提出优化医院志愿服务发展路径的建议。

“Service learning”emphasizes equal emphasis on service and learning,from which we can reflect,and then forms mutual benefit,which provides new ideas for the development of hospital volunteer service.The authors take the clinical narrative volunteer service project of“listening to the soul,writing to create emotions”as an example to introduce the exploration and practical experience of innovative hospital volunteer service models under the guidance of service learning concepts,and propose suggestions for optimizing the development path of hospital volunteer service.
