摘要
目前,在后置式实践教学环境下,高校医药贸易专业学生专业实践能力不扎实。通过对某高校医药贸易专业往届毕业生、在校生、用人单位三个维度进行的问卷调查,结合数据分析,建议高校医药贸易专业进行实践前置教学改革。将校外实践教学前置至招生后,贯穿到每学年暑假;将校内实践教学前置至理论教学同步。实现从实践中来到实践中去的人才培养闭环,以此夯实学生的专业实践能力。
Currently,in the post-practical teaching environment,the professional practice ability of college students majoring in the pharmaceutical trade is not solid.Through the three-dimensional questionnaire survey of former graduates,current students,and employers of a pharmaceutical trade major in a university,combined with data analysis,it is suggested that colleges and universities carry out pre-practice teaching reform.The off-campus practical teaching will be forwarded after enrollment and run through the summer vacation of each academic year;the on-campus practical teaching will be forwarded to be synchronized with the theoretical teaching.The closed loop of talent cultivation from practice to practice will be realized,so as to consolidate students professional practical ability.
