智慧课堂语境下师生关系管理研究——和谐关系管理模式视角

摘要 随着语言学研究的情感转向,和谐师生关系受到越来越多的关注。然而,在智慧课堂语境中,教师如何与学生构建和谐关系还未有研究涉及。在改进后的和谐关系管理模式框架下,基于某二本师范院校大学英语智慧课堂,通过对学生线上调查结果的数据统计和定性分析,从自下而上的交际者视角即学生视角探讨教师关系管理的维度和策略。结果表明,教师主要是在素质面子、平等权、联系权、情绪四个维度管理师生关系,学生强调平等权,情绪管理也不容忽视。教师应该调动一切语言和非语言资源为构建和谐师生关系服务。 With emotional turn in the linguistic field,teacher-student rapport has received more and more attention.However,how to build teacher-student rapport in the smart classroom has not been examined.Therefore this study,based on the improved Rapport Management Theory,tries to probe into the college English teacher s dimensions and strategies of rapport management in the smart classroom.The data,which came from the online investigation of students in a Normal University,are analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively,so the angle of this study is students.It is manifested that teacher-student rapport is mainly managed through quality face,equity rights,association rights and emotion.Equity rights are highlighted by students,and emotion should also be emphasized.The teacher is supposed to employ all verbal and non-verbal resources to build rapport between students.
