药品规格对PIVAS药师配置静脉抗肿瘤药物的影响

The Influence of Drug Specifications on Intravenous Antineoplastic Drug Allocation by PIVAS Pharmacists

目的调查药品规格对PIVAS药师配置静脉抗肿瘤药物的影响,提升药品配置质量,促进静脉用药安全。方法抽取某院PIVAS 2022年7月至2022年12月抗肿瘤药物的配置医嘱,统计需进行非整量操作的袋数、一袋输液中药物瓶数大于5瓶的药品、剩余液较多的药品,分析其原因,并探讨提高药物配置质量的方法。结果某院PIVAS静脉抗肿瘤药品配置中,需进行非整量操作的袋数达50.66%,存在一袋输液中配置药物瓶数大于5瓶及剩余液较多的药品。结论药品规格过大或过小会影响配置时需进行非整量操作的袋数及繁琐程度。为提高配置效率和质量,可借助信息化技术对药品标签进行标识,合理选用合适的药品规格,定期对配置人员进行规范化培训和考核。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of drug specifications on intravenous anti-tumor drugs dispensed by PIVAS pharmacists,improve the quality of drug dispensing and promote the safety of intravenous drug use.METHODS Collect the prescription of anti-tumor drugs from PIVAS of a hospital from July 2022 to December 2022,count the number of bags requiring non-integral operation,drugs with more than 5 bottles of drugs in one bag of infusion,and drugs with more residual liquid,analyze the reasons,and explore the methods to improve the quality of drug preparation.RESULTS In the configuration of intravenous anti-tumor drugs in PIVAS of a hospital,the number of bags requiring non-integral operation was 50.66%,and there were drugs with more than 5 bottles of drugs in one bag of infusion and more residual liquid.CONCLUSION The specifications of drugs affect the configuration of intravenous anti-tumor drugs by PIVAS pharmacists to a certain extent.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of allocation,we can use information technology to identify drug labels,reasonably select appropriate drug specifications,and regularly conduct standardized training and assessment for allocation personnel.
