归肾二至丸联合芬吗通治疗肝肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能减退

Guishen Erzhi Pill Combined with Femoston in Treatment of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction with Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency

目的:观察归肾二至丸联合芬吗通治疗肝肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能减退(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)患者的临床疗效。方法:将66例肝肾阴虚型DOR患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组口服芬吗通片,观察组在对照组基础上联用归肾二至丸,治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者入组时与治疗3个月后的临床疗效、中医证候积分、抗米勒管激素(anti mullerian hormone,AMH)、血清基础卵泡刺激素(folliclestimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))的水平,运用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:两组患者治疗后FSH、LH均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),E_(2)、AMH较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。观察组在改善LH、FSH、E_(2)、AMH水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月经周期后,两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3个疗程结束后,观察组的有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:归肾二至丸联合芬吗通治疗肝肾阴虚型DOR疗效显著,可有效改善患者中医证候与临床症状,降低血清FSH、LH水平,提高血清E_(2)、AMH水平,且安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guishen Erzhi Pill combined with Femoston in the treatment of patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)with liver and kidney yin deficiency.Methods:66 DOR patients with yin deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given Femoston tablets orally,while the observation group was given Guishen Erzhi pills on the basis of the control group for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),serum basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))levels were observed at the time of enrollment and 3 months after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:After treatment,FSH and LH in both groups decreased(P<0.05),while E_(2)and AMH increased(P<0.05).The level of LH,FSH,E_(2)and AMH in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the TCM syndrome integral of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome integral of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group(90.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guishen Erzhi Pill combined with Fenmotong is effective in treating DOR patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,which can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the levels of serum FSH and LH,and increase the levels of serum E_(2)and AMH,with safety.
