快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者手术室干预中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the intervention of gastric cancer patients in the operating room

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者手术室干预中的应用效果。方法根据干预方式的不同将114例胃癌患者分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=57),对照组患者给予手术室常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予快速康复外科理念干预。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、护理质量、护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者术后伤口愈合时间、肛门排气时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者护理服务态度、专业技能、人文关怀、手术护理管理及护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率为3.51%,低于对照组患者的15.79%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于胃癌患者手术室干预中,可有效提高手术室护理质量,促进伤口愈合及术后排气,缩短住院时间,帮助患者缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,有利于患者术后康复,降低并发症发生率,安全有效。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the intervention of gastric cancer patients in the operating room.Method A total of 114 patients with gastric cancer were divided into con-trol group(n=57,receive routine operation room intervention)and observation group(n=57,received rapid rehabilitation surgery concept intervention based on routine operation room intervention)according to the different intervention meth-ods.The operation related indicators,psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],nursing quality,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result The time of postoperative wound healing,anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,while the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly higher nurs-ing service attitude,professional skills,humanistic care,surgical nursing management,and nursing satisfaction scores than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative compli-cations in the observation group was 3.51%,lower than 15.79%in the control group,the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the intervention of gastric can-cer patients in the operating room can effectively improve the quality of nursing in the operating room,promote wound healing and postoperative exhaust,shorten hospitalization time,help patients alleviate anxiety and depression emotions,facilitate postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and be safe and effective.
