摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种儿童期发病的神经发育障碍,遗传因素与环境因素均在发病中起作用。近年来研究表明ADHD患者可伴有维生素D缺乏,补充维生素D可改善患者的部分临床症状。维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,通过与维生素D受体结合发挥作用,除具有调节钙磷代谢作用外,还具有调节免疫功能的作用。本文主要从维生素D在ADHD中发挥的调节细胞因子、氧化应激、神经营养因子、神经递质、神经元周围基质网络及调节肠道菌群方面作用机制进行综述。
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a childhood neurodevelopmental disorder in which both genetic and environmental factors play a role.Recent studies have shown that patients with ADHD can be accompanied by vitamin D deficiency,and vitamin D supplementation can improve some of the clinical symptoms of patients.Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts by binding to the vitamin D receptor.It not only regulates calcium and phosphorus metabolism,but also regulates immune function.This review focuses on the mechanisms of vitamin D in regulating cytokines,oxidative stress,neurotrophic factors,neurotransmitters,perineuronal nets,and intestinal flora in ADHD.
