身痛逐瘀汤合骨痛灵酊治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床观察

Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Gutongling Tincture in the Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的观察身痛逐瘀汤配合骨痛灵酊治疗瘀血型颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择2021年4月—2021年11月山西省蒲县人民医院中医科采用保守方法治疗的82例瘀血型颈椎间盘突出症患者。据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗,组各41例。对照组采用骨痛灵酊外敷治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗。2个疗程后比较2组患者功能评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组VAS、NDI评分均优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤联合骨痛灵酊治疗颈椎间盘突出症瘀血证疗效满意,优于单纯使用骨痛灵酊外敷疗法,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Gutongling tincture in the treatment of cervical disc herniation of blood stasis type.Methods A total of 82 patients with cervical disc herniation of blood stasis type were selected from the Puxian County People’s Hospital from April 2021 to November 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 41 cases in each.The control group was treated with Gutongling tincture and the treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)and cervical dysfunction index(NDI)scores were compared between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).VAS and NDI scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Gutongling tincture in the treatment of cervical disc herniation of blood stasis type has significant therapeutic effect,is better than Gutongling tincture alone,and has the value of clinical promotion.
