半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床观察

Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction in Treating Vertigo Due to Posterior Circulation Ischemia

目的分析半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月诊治的80例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗)与观察组(40例,常规治疗配合半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗)。比较2组治疗后各项指标。结果观察组治疗后眩晕障碍(DHI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血流速度指标、血浆黏度、低切黏度、高切黏度指标及不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕,能有效改善血流动力学及脑部供血且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction on vertigo due to posterior circulation ischemia.Methods Eighty patients with vertigo due to posterior circulation ischemia were selected,and were randomized into the control group of 40 patients were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and the observation group of 40 patients were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction.The indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The score of vertigo disorder(DHI)in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood flow velocity,plasma viscosity,low shear viscosity,high shear viscosity and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction to treat vertigo due to posterior circulation ischemia can effectively improve hemodynamics and blood supply to the brain,and has high safety.
