补阳还五汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证临床观察

Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探究补阳还五汤加味在冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2019年12月—2021年12月收治的78例气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者分为2组,各39例。对照组常规西药治疗,观察组加用补阳还五汤加味治疗。对比2组中医证候疗效、中医证候积分、血脂和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后中医证候积分及血脂指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的效果显著,利于改善中医证候积分和血脂水平且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu decoction.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores and blood lipid indexes of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction has a significant effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,is beneficial to improving TCM syndrome score and blood lipid level,and has high safety.
