扶正祛瘀化痰退黄汤治疗乙型肝炎残留黄疸临床观察

Fuzheng Quyu Huatan Tuihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Residual Jaundice of Hepatitis B

目的探究乙型肝炎患者残留黄疸治疗中扶正祛瘀化痰退黄汤的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月收治的乙型肝炎残留黄疸患者84例。据治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组服用扶正祛瘀化痰退黄汤治疗,比较2组治疗后各项指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后肝功能指标中,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙型肝炎残留黄疸患者用扶正祛瘀化痰退黄汤,可显著改善肝功能,有利于症状缓解,具有重要临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Quyu Huatan Tuihuang decoction in the treatment of residual jaundiceof hepatitis B.Methods 84 patients with residual jaundiceof hepatitis B from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received Fuzheng Quyu Huatan Tuihuang decoction.The indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver function indexes of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)between 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Quyu Huatan Tuihuang decoction can significantly improve liver function in patients with hepatitis B residual jaundice,which is beneficial to symptom relief.It has important clinical value and is worth promoting.
