舒咽汤对慢性咽喉炎症状消失时间的影响

Effect of Shuyan Decoction on Symptom Disappearance Time in Patients with Chronic Pharyngitis

目的探究在常规疗法基础上联合舒咽汤对慢性咽喉炎症状消失时间的影响。方法选取临汾市人民医院医治的100例慢性咽喉炎患者,随机设为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以西医疗法,观察组在此基础上联合舒咽汤治疗。观察2组症状消失时间、症状积分变化、炎性因子水平变化及临床效果。结果观察组咽喉干痒、声音嘶哑、咽部疼痛、黏膜充血等症状消失时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各项症状积分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论舒咽汤联合常规疗法治疗慢性咽喉炎的疗效明显,可促进临床症状的改善及消退,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Shuyan decoction combined with conventional therapy on the disappearance time of chronic pharyngitis symptoms.Methods 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shuyan decoction on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,changes in symptom scores,inflammatory factors and clinical effects were observed in the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms such as dry and itchy throat,hoarseness,sore throat and mucosal congestion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuyan decoction combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis has obvious curative effect,can accelerate the improvement and subsidence of clinical symptoms,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
