强肾通督针刺联合热敏灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

The Application of Strengthening Kidney and Tongdu Acupuncture Combined with Thermosensitive Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的分析强肾通督针刺联合热敏灸在腰椎间盘突出症的应用效果。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2022年1月—2023年1月腰椎间盘突出症患者110例,用数字表随机分为对照组和试验组,每组55例,对照组采用常规治疗联合热敏灸治疗;试验组在对照组基础上采用强肾通督针刺联合热敏灸治疗。分析2组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛模拟评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数量表评分低于对照组,日本腰椎矫形外科学会评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强肾通督针刺联合热敏灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with thermo sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 110 patients with lumbar disc herniation from Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by digital table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with thermo sensitive moxibustion.The experimental group was treated with Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with thermo sensitive moxibustion on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of 2 groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pain simulation score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of Oswestry Disability Index in experimental group after treatment was lower than that in control group,and the score of Japanese Society of Lumbar Orthopaedic Surgery was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with thermo sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
