足三里按摩联合中药塌渍治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎临床观察

Zusanli(ST36)Massage Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking Moistening in the Treatment of Acute Biliary Pancreatitis

目的观察足三里按摩联合中药塌渍治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎(ABP)的疗效。方法选取2018年5月—2021年6月收治的92例ABP患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。2组均进行常规治疗,观察组同时采用足三里按摩联合中药塌渍治疗。比较2组治疗后恢复情况。结果观察组各临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项酶类指标恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论足三里按摩联合中药塌渍治疗ABP疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,调节血清指标水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Zusanli(ST36)massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening in the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP).Methods 92 patients with ABP admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Zusanli(ST36)massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening.The clinical symptom relief time,index recovery and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of enzymes in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zusanli(ST36)massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening in the treatment of ABP has a significant effect,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and regulate the level of serum indicators.
