骨愈灵汤联合切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折临床研究

Guyuling Decoction Combine with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Ankle Fracture

目的观察骨愈灵汤联合切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法将76例踝关节骨折患者按随机数字表法分为2组,各38例。2组均行切开复位内固定术,研究组术后加用骨愈灵汤治疗。对比2组治疗后恢复情况。结果研究组术后康复效果及治疗优良率优于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组术后各项踝关节评分及VAS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组术后骨代谢指标均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论骨愈灵汤联合切开复位内固定术可促进踝关节骨折早期愈合,减轻疼痛,提高踝关节功能,改善骨代谢。

Objective To observe the effect of Guyuling decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods Seventy-six patients with ankle fractures were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups received open reduction and internal fixation,while the study group was additionally treated with Guyuling decoction after operation.The rehabilitation effect,clinical effect,ankle function and bone metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative rehabilitation effect and excellent rate of treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative ankle joint scores and VAS scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative bone metabolism indexes of study group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guyuling decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation can promote the early healing of ankle fractures,relieve pain,and improve ankle function and bone metabolism.
