补肺防感合剂联合穴位贴敷与丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童肺脾气虚型哮喘缓解期的效果观察

Effect of Bufei Fanggan Mixture Combined with Acupoint Application and Fluticasone Propionate in the Treatment of Remission Stage of Asthma of Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Type in Children

目的:观察补肺防感合剂联合穴位贴敷与丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童肺脾气虚型哮喘缓解期的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月常州市武进中医医院儿科收治的102例肺脾气虚型哮喘缓解期患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为对照组(n=51)与联合组(n=51)。对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂与中药穴位贴敷治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上给予补肺防感合剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)水平与不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候积分、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前均降低,且联合组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IgA、IgM水平较治疗前均升高,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肺防感合剂联合穴位贴敷与丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童肺脾气虚型哮喘缓解期,可缓解哮喘发作次数,改善临床症状,提高免疫力。

Objective:To observe the effect of Bufei Fanggan Mixture combined with acupoint application and Fluticasone Propionate in the treatment of remission stage of asthma of lung spleen Qi deficiency type in children.Method:From March 2019 to March 2021,102 children with lung spleen Qi deficiency type asthma in the remission stage who admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Changzhou City Wujin Hospital of TCM were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=51)and the combination group(n=51)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Inhalation Aerosol and Chinese medicine acupoint application,and the combination group was treated with Bufei Fanggan Mixture based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 88.24%,which was higher than 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combination group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum IgA and IgM in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combination group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Fanggan Mixture combined with acupoint application and Fluticasone Propionate in the treatment of remission stage of asthma of lung spleen Qi deficiency type in children can alleviate the number of asthma attacks,improve clinical symptoms and enhance immunity.
