显微镜下微创斜视矫正术治疗斜视的效果及对眼表状态的影响

Effect of Minimally Invasive Strabismus Correction Surgery under Microscope in the Treatment of Strabismus and Its Impact on Ocular Surface State

目的:分析显微镜下微创斜视矫正术治疗斜视的效果及对眼表状态的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月南京市中医院收治的92例斜视患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各46例。对照组实施传统斜视矫正术,观察组实施显微镜下微创斜视矫正术。比较两组临床疗效,围手术期指标,并发症,术前、术后1 d、7 d眼表状态。结果:观察组总有效率为95.95%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.41%,明显低于对照组的21.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d、7 d,观察组首次泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,眼红指数低于对照组,非侵入式泪河高度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对斜视患者实施显微镜下微创斜视矫正术治疗的效果较好,可有效减少其术中出血量,降低并发症的风险,减轻对患者眼表状态的影响。

Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive strabismus correction surgery under microscope in the treatment of strabismus and its impact on ocular surface state.Method:A total of 92 patients with strabismus treated in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional strabismus correction surgery,and the observation group underwent microscopically minimally invasive strabismus correction surgery under microscope.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,complications and ocular surface status before,1 d and 7 d after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.95%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in surgery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding loss volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.41%,which was significantly lower than 21.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1 d and 7 d after surgery,the first tear film rupture time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the red eye index was lower than that in the control group,and the non-invasive lacrimal river height was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with strabismus,the treatment effect of minimally invasive strabismus correction surgery under the microscope is better,which can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the risk of complications,and reduce the impact on the ocular surface status of patients.
