中医药文化导向下三全育人工作实施路径的探索

The Implementation Path of Three Comprehensive Education under the Guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture

坚定文化自信,充分发挥中医药文化特色优势,构建“以文化人,以文育人”的中医药“三全育人”体系,是中医药院校实现立德树人根本任务和“双一流”建设目标的重要举措。文章详述了山东中医药大学中医学院紧紧围绕“文化育人”这条主线,深入剖析文化育人工作中存在的问题,进而探索、建设“组织+管理”育人阵地和“文化+课程+实践+网络”育人工程,最终构建了独具中医特色的“三全育人”体系,实现了全员、全过程、全方位育人。

Adhering to cultural self-confidence,giving full play to the cultural advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and building a traditional Chinese medicine“three comprehensive education”system of“educating people with culture”is an important measure for college of traditional Chinese medicine to realize the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating people”and the goal of“double first-class”construction.This paper described in detail that the college of traditional Chinese medicine of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine closely focuses on the main line of“cultural education”,deeply analyzed the problems in cultural education,then explored the construction of“organization+management”education position,“culture+curriculum+practice+network”education project,and finally constructed the“three comprehensive education”system with unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,realizing all-staff,whole-process and all-round education.
