PBL教学法在肺病科慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床教学的应用 被引量:1

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病,在中医学中归属为“肺胀”“喘证”范畴,是呼吸系统疾病的重要分支,在学生的临床实习工作中非常重要。在医学教育的临床带教中,传统的教学方法虽然也有传播知识的效果,但是对学生自主学习能力、创新能力等方面的培养较为欠缺;在实际临床教学中,学生的团队协作能力、解决问题能力成为短板。近年来,问题驱动教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)有较明显的优势。它是一种新型教学模式,以学生为主体、带教老师为辅助引导,帮助学生针对实际问题查阅资料、小组分析讨论,打破了各学科间的界限,培养学生的自主学习和创新等综合能力,但目前应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的案例较少。文章以PBL教学法为理论依据,总结其在慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床教学中的应用进展,深入研究肺病科慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床教学思路,提高中医内科的肺系疾病诊治水平;建立基于PBL教学法的肺系疾病教学团队,进行规范化带教,对肺系疾病现代教育方式的探索发展具有重大的意义。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,it is classified as“pulmonary distension”in traditional Chinese medicine,is an important branch of respiratory diseases,so the clinical practice of students is very important.In medical education in clinical teaching,the traditional teaching mode,although also have the effect of spreading knowledge,but for students’autonomous learning ability,innovation ability is relatively lack,in the actual clinical teaching,the students’teamwork,problem solving ability become short,Problem-Based Learning,PBL has obvious advantages in recent years,it is a new kind of teaching mode.With students as the main body,the teacher plays an auxiliary and guiding role,helping students to consult materials and conduct group analysis and discussion for practical problems,breaking the boundaries between disciplines and cultivating students’comprehensive abilities such as independent learning and innovation.However,it is seldom applied in cases of pulmonary bloating at present.Based on PBL mode as the theoretical basis of PBL pattern in the progress of the application of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical teaching,further study of lung disease chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical teaching ideas,improve the level of internal medicine diagnosis and treatment of lung disease,establish the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of PBL lung disease teaching team,normalize demonstration teaching.This is of great significance to the exploration and development of modern educational methods of pulmonary diseases.
