雷火灸联合经穴拍打治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床观察

Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Tapping in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

目的观察雷火灸联合经穴拍打在脊髓型颈椎病患者肌力改善中应用的效果。方法选取徐州市中医院骨科2021年1月—2021年12月收治的脊髓型颈椎病患者60例,将其随机分成对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组使用常规的治疗及护理方法,观察组采用雷火灸联合经穴拍打的方法,比较2组患者颈椎肌力的改善情况及颈椎活动度。结果经过干预,观察组患者颈椎肌力改善显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组颈椎活动度积分(3.28±0.72)分,高于对照组的(3.18±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合经穴拍打在脊髓型颈椎病患者的肌力改善中效果显著,同时也改善了颈椎活动度,有利于患者病情恢复。

Objective To study the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint tapping on the improvement of muscle strength in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took conventional treatment and nursing methods,and the observation group used the method of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint tapping.The improvement of cervical muscle strength and cervical mobility were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the improvement of cervical muscle strength in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical motion score of the observation group was(3.28±0.72)points,which was higher than that of the control group(3.18±0.89)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint tapping has a significant effect on improving muscle strength and cervical mobility in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy,which is conducive to the recovery of patients.
