SP结合OSCE用于中医住院医师临床实践技能培训考核效果评价

The Application of SP Combined with OSCE in Clinical Practice Skill Training and Assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residents

目的探讨标准化病人(SP)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在中医住院医师临床实践技能培训考核中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年8月完成第一阶段住院医师规范化培训的医学生180名,随机筛选90名作为试验组,在传统带教基础上增加SP带教,进行SP/OSCE考核;90名作为对照组,采用模拟人教学,进行OSCE考核。采用自制问卷调查2组学生对培训效果的评价。结果考官与SP对试验组的考核成绩评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的各项技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对培训考核效果的评价显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将SP结合OSCE模式运用到中医住院医师临床实践技能培训中,有利于提高学生的专业技能成绩、临床辨证思维能力、沟通能力等,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient(SP)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the training and assessment of clinical practice skills of traditional Chinese medicine residents.Methods One hundred and eighty medical students who completed the first phase of standardized resident training from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected,90 students were in the experimental group added SP teaching on the basis of traditional teaching and conducted SP/OSCE assessment.90 students were in the control group,the simulated person teaching was used for OSCE assessment.The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the evaluation of the training effect of the two groups of students.Results There was no significant difference between examiner and SP in test scores(P>0.05).The skill scores of test group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of training assessment effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP combined with OSCE mode to the clinical practice skills training of traditional Chinese medicine residents is conducive to improving students’professional skills,clinical syndrome differentiation thinking ability and communication ability,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
