摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”联合以问题为导向的教学模式(PBL)在中医基础理论课程中的应用效果,建设符合执业中药师人才培养需求的课程体系。方法以潍坊医学院2021级中药学专业学生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用PBL教学,实验组采用互联网+联合PBL教学。课程期间开展随堂测试,课程结束后进行理论考试,同时就教学效果对2组开展问卷调查。结果实验组学生总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组学生随堂测评中的主观性测评及期末考试中综合运用部分成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组学生随堂测评中的客观性测评成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医基础理论课程中采用互联网+联合PBL教学模式能有效提高学生的学习成绩、提高教学质量,值得在中药学专业中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of“Internet+”combined PBL teaching mode in the teaching of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and to build a curriculum system that meets the training needs of practicing Chinese pharmacists.Methods The students majoring in Chinese pharmacy in grade 2021 of Weifang Medical University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received PBL teaching,and the experimental group received Internet+combined with PBL teaching.The in-class test was carried out during the course,and the theory test was carried out after the course.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The total score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results of subjective assessment and comprehensive application in the final exam of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The objective assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“Internet+”combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve students’academic performance and teaching quality,which is worth popularizing and applying in the major of traditional Chinese medicine.
