合肥市拥有培养中医药国际化人才的客观优势。文章通过解析合肥市培养中医药国际化人才的必然性、可行性以及未来发展方向,提出完善投入保障机制、营造良好氛围,强化人才培养意识、推动人才国际流动,加强外语教学理论指导、深化外语教学渗透作用,贯彻思政教育、培养传承与创新精神,加强文化经典学习、改进人才培养途径,传承创新并重、丰富教学内容六个方面的人才培养策略,进一步提升国际化中医药人才培养效能,完善中医药国际化人才教育发展,为推动我国中医药国际化人才发展战略提供理论借鉴。

Hefei has the objective advantage of training international talents of traditional Chinese medicine.By analyzing the inevitability,feasibility and future development direction of training international talents of traditional Chinese medicine in Hefei,this paper proposed to improve the investment guarantee mechanism,created a good atmosphere,strengthened the awareness of talent training,promoted the international flow of talents,strengthened the theoretical guidance of foreign language teaching,deepened the penetration role of foreign language teaching,implemented ideological and political education,cultivated the spirit of inheritance and innovation,and strengthened the study of cultural classics,to improve the talent training approach,attach equal importance to inheritance and innovation,and enrich the teaching content,further enhance the training efficiency of international talents of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the education development of international talents of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide theoretical reference for promoting the development strategy of international talents of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
