老年医学的轮转培训是住院医师培养体系的重要组成部分,而培养合格的老年医学住院医师是老年医学发展的必备条件。因此,如何发展老年医学学科、保证老年医学教学质量、提高老年医学住院医师临床诊疗水平,是广大医学院校亟待解决的问题。以岗位胜任力为导向,结合老年医学特点,加强师资建设和教学方法改革,才能培养更多高素质的老年医学住院医师。

The rotation training of geriatrics is an important part of the resident training system,and the training of qualified geriatrics residents is an essential condition for the development of geriatrics.Therefore,how to develop the discipline of geriatric medicine,ensure the quality of geriatric medicine teaching and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of geriatric medicine residents are urgent problems to be solved by the majority of medical colleges.In order to train more high-quality geriatric residents,we should combine the characteristics of geriatric medicine with the construction of teachers and the reform of teaching methods.
