穴位注射与针刺联合治疗对脑瘫患儿运动和认知功能的疗效研究

Curative Effect Study of Acupoint Injection Combined with Acupuncture on Motor and Cognitive Function of Cerebral Palsy Children

目的研究穴位注射与针刺疗法对脑瘫患儿运动和认知功能的疗效。方法选取2021年6月-2022年12月本院收治的脑瘫患者45例,随机数字表法分为三组,每组各15例,对照组给予综合康复治疗;穴位注射组给予综合康复治疗联合穴位注射;针刺组给予综合康复治疗联合针刺。分析不同干预手段对患儿运动和认知功能的影响。结果三组患者GMFM、GESELLC评分、内收肌角、腘窝角度及足背屈角度均有不同程度的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在GMFM评分上,穴位注射组、针刺组GMFM评分分值均优于对照组,且针刺组结果较穴位注射组差(P<0.05);在GESELLC评分上,穴位注射组、针刺组GESELLC评分分值优于对照组,且针刺组结果较穴位注射组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在ROM的内收肌角中,针刺组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腘窝角中,针刺组明显优于对照组,同时,穴位注射组同样明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在足背屈角中,三组组间并无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论穴位注射与针刺疗法有助于促进脑瘫患儿运动和认知功能提高。

Objective To study effect of acupoint injection and acupuncture therapy on motor and cognitive function of cerebral palsy children.Methods The paper chose 45 children with quadriplegic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into three groups randomly with number table method,with 15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment;acupoint injection group with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment combined with acupoint injection;acupuncture group with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture.Effect of different intervention methods on motor and cognitive function of children was analyzed.Results GMFM,GESELLC scores,adductor angle,popliteal fossa angle and foot dorsiflexion angle of three groups showed varying degrees of improvement,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among them,GMFM scores of acupoint injection group and the acupuncture group were better than control group,results of acupuncture group were worse than acupoint injection group(P<0.05).GESELLC scores of acupoint injection group and acupuncture group were better than control group,there was no statistical difference between acupuncture group and acupoint injection group.Adductor angle of ROM of acupuncture group was significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the other groups;popliteal fossa angle of acupuncture group was significantly better than control group,that of acupoint injection group was also significantly better than control group,with statistically significant difference.There was no significant statistical difference among three groups in dorsiflexion angle of the foot.Conclusion Acupoint injection and acupuncture therapy can improve motor and cognitive function of cerebral palsy children.
