胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗胃结肠息肉的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Electrocoagulation Resection Under Gastroscopy for Gastric Colon Polyps

目的本研究探讨胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗胃结肠息肉的临床效果。方法纳入2020年1月-2022年2月本院消化科收治的50例胃结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,依照治疗方式的差异将患者分为研究组(n=25)和参比组(n=25)。参比组采用传统手术模式,研究组采用胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的围手术期指标、炎症因子水平以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组术中出血量、手术切口大小、手术时长及住院时长均短于参比组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的IL-1β、IL-6及IL-8水平对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-1β、IL-6及IL-8水平均有所下降(P<0.05),其中研究组低于参比组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为8.00%,参比组的并发症发生率为32.00%,研究组低于参比组(P<0.05)。结论在对胃结肠息肉患者进行手术治疗时,采取胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗能够有效切除息肉,术中创伤较小、患者的恢复速度较快,且能够有效避免多种并发症的发生。

Objective the study treated 50 patients with gastric colon polyps admitted to our hospital with gastroscopy electrocoagulation resection and analyzed application effect of the surgical method.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with gastric colon polyps admitted to Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into study group(n=25)and reference group(n=25)according to different treatment methods.Reference group was treated with traditional surgical mode,while study group with gastrointestinal endoscopic electrocoagulation.After treatment,perioperative indicators,inflammatory factor levels and complications between two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative bleeding amount,surgical incision size,length of operation and length of stay in study group was shorter than reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 levels between two groups,(P>0.05).After treatment,average levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 decreased(P<0.05),those of study group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was 8.00%,lower than 32.00%in reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocoagulation under gastroscopy can remove polyps in surgical treatment of patients with gastrocolic polyps effectively,with minimal intraoperative trauma,faster patient recovery and effective avoidance of multiple complications.
